摘要
橋式起重機(jī)是橋架型起重機(jī)的一種,它依靠起升機(jī)構(gòu)和在水平內(nèi)的兩個(gè)相互垂直方向移動(dòng)的運(yùn)行機(jī)構(gòu),能在矩形場(chǎng)地及其上空作業(yè),是工礦企業(yè)廣泛使用的一種起重運(yùn)械。
它具有承載能力大,工作可靠性高,制造工藝相對(duì)簡(jiǎn)單等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
橋式起重機(jī)被廣泛地應(yīng)用在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)各個(gè)領(lǐng)域,產(chǎn)品已經(jīng)形成多個(gè)系列,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的發(fā)展,用戶對(duì)其性能要求越來越高,但是目前的設(shè)計(jì)工作主要依靠手工完成,重復(fù)性勞動(dòng)很大,而且國(guó)內(nèi)橋式起重機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)型式比較落后,其開發(fā)能力、產(chǎn)品規(guī)模和質(zhì)量與國(guó)外有相當(dāng)大的差距.為了提高橋式起重機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)水平和設(shè)計(jì)效率,應(yīng)用先進(jìn)的
CAD/CAM技術(shù)是起重機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)發(fā)展的必然要求。

Abstract
