安裝及安全控制點(diǎn)說明
1.將燃燒機(jī)火焰罩外壁按圖示位置繞耐火材料后，將安裝座連同火焰罩及石棉墊
安裝到爐體上，擰緊螺釘；
2.聯(lián)接法蘭由用戶按圖示的形狀和尺寸自行制造，其中M10螺紋孔可鉆φ12光孔。
3.吸風(fēng)口以下30cm內(nèi)不應(yīng)有影響燃燒機(jī)吸風(fēng)的阻礙物。
4.主要安全控制點(diǎn)：風(fēng)壓低、火焰故障、燃燒器鉸鏈未合。
Installation and Safety Instruction
1.Tape refatory materail to outside of flame shield as shownin drawing.
Install the installation seat,flame shield and asbestos washer to boiler,
fasten the bolts.
2.Boiler linkage flange to be manufactered by end-user according to
the shape and dimensions shown in the drawing.
3.Ensure burner machine draughting passage free from obstructionin area
of 300mm of the suction inlet when installing the burner.
4.Main safety control point:air pressure low、flame flault、burner hinge
swing out.
