摘 要
隨著汽車(chē)工業(yè)的發(fā)展和汽車(chē)技術(shù)的提高,驅(qū)動(dòng)橋的設(shè)計(jì)和制造工藝都在日益完善。驅(qū)動(dòng)橋和其他汽車(chē)總成一樣,除了廣泛采用新技術(shù)外,在結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中日益朝著“零件標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、部件通用化、產(chǎn)品系列化”的方向發(fā)展及生產(chǎn)組織專(zhuān)業(yè)化目標(biāo)前進(jìn)。
本說(shuō)明書(shū)中,根據(jù)給定的參數(shù),首先對(duì)主減速器進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。主要是對(duì)主減速器的結(jié)構(gòu),以及幾何尺寸進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。主減速器的形式設(shè)計(jì)為單級(jí)主減速器。而主減速器的齒輪形式主要有螺旋錐齒輪、雙曲面齒輪、圓柱齒輪和蝸輪蝸桿等形式。本次設(shè)計(jì)采用的是齒輪形式是漸開(kāi)式圓柱斜齒輪。其次,對(duì)差速器的形式進(jìn)行選擇,差速器的形式主要分為普通對(duì)稱(chēng)式圓錐行星齒輪差速器和防滑差速器兩種。本次設(shè)計(jì)采用普通對(duì)稱(chēng)式圓錐行星齒輪差速器。最后,對(duì)半軸的結(jié)構(gòu)、支承形式,以及橋殼的形式和特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了分析設(shè)計(jì)。本次設(shè)計(jì)采用半浮式半軸和整體式驅(qū)動(dòng)橋殼。在設(shè)計(jì)之后對(duì)以上的零件進(jìn)行了強(qiáng)度的校核,并用AUTOCAD和SOLIDWORKS繪制了二維和三維的圖紙。

Final drive gear mainly in the form of spiral bevel gears, hypoid gears, cylindrical gears, worm and other forms. This design is integral single-stage main gear box, gear forms of hypoid gears. Secondly, in the form of differential selection, differential forms are divided into ordinary symmetric cone planetary gear differential and limited slip differential two. The design uses a common symmetric cone planetary gear differential. Finally, on the structure of the axle, supporting forms, and the axle housing forms and characteristics of the analysis and design. The design uses a full floating axle shaft bearing and the overall drive axle housing.After finishing the whole design,I use AUTOCAD and SOLIDWORKS to draw 2-D and 3-D pictures.
