摘 要
本設(shè)計(jì)為一墊板的冷沖壓模具設(shè)計(jì)，根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)零件的尺寸、材料、批量生產(chǎn)等要求，首先分析零件的工藝性，確定沖裁工藝方案及模具結(jié)構(gòu)方案，然后通過工藝設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算，確定排樣和裁板，計(jì)算沖壓力和壓力中心，初選壓力機(jī)，計(jì)算凸、凹模刃口尺寸和公差，最后設(shè)計(jì)選用零、部件，對壓力機(jī)進(jìn)行校核，繪制模具總裝草圖，以及對模具主要零件的加工工藝規(guī)程進(jìn)行編制。其中在結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中，主要對凸模、凹模、凸凹模、定位零件、卸料與出件裝置、模架、沖壓設(shè)備、緊固件等進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)，對于部分零部件選用的是標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件，就沒深入設(shè)計(jì)，并且在結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的同時(shí)，對部分零部件進(jìn)行了加工工藝分析，最終才完成這篇畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)。
