摘 要
本文設計了一臺簡易剪板機,能夠實現對厚度10mm,寬度700mm行剪切,剪斷時間小于10s,重點就機架、刀架等重要部件進行了設計,在設計中通過對比國內外剪板機,力求設計出結構簡單,操作簡便,同時經濟、合理的剪板機,具體設計思路上:減少了剪切的時間并且提高了剪切精度。采用人工送料以降低成本。近年來,隨著模具技術和沖壓技術的發展,剪板機的應用范圍在不斷地擴大,數量在不斷地增加。預計不久的將來,剪板機在沖壓用剪板機中的比例將會愈來愈大。
