高溫高速摩擦試驗機

摘要：摩擦學(xué)是一門實踐性很強的應(yīng)用科學(xué)，在國內(nèi)的相關(guān)研究中廣泛使用的試驗機有滾子式磨損試驗機、四球式摩擦磨損試驗機、往復(fù)式摩擦磨損試驗機、切人式摩擦、磨損試驗機、盤銷式摩擦磨損試驗機等。摩擦磨損試驗的目的是為了對摩擦磨損現(xiàn)象及其本質(zhì)進行研究，正確地評價各種因素對摩擦磨損性能的影響，從而確定符合使用要求的摩擦副元件的最優(yōu)參數(shù)。高溫高速摩擦磨損試驗機是進行高溫高速摩擦磨損試驗的有效設(shè)備，廣泛運用于對各種高速刀具的高溫摩擦磨損性能進行測試和評價，是高速切削和新型刀具材料研制開發(fā)和應(yīng)用的必備設(shè)備。該設(shè)備是高速加工和刀具材料研究方向研究工作急需的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)備，該設(shè)備可以擴展該學(xué)科的研究領(lǐng)域和提高研究水平。
