摘 要
液壓支架是地下工程或隧道工程的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備之一,它主要用于支護(hù)頂板、防止頂板垮落,為施工人員和施工設(shè)備提供一個(gè)安全可靠的工作空間。隨著國家工程建設(shè)規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大和施工進(jìn)程的加快,對液壓支架的支護(hù)性能提出了越來越高的要求。
首先,在分析了傳統(tǒng)液壓支架架型的基礎(chǔ)上,通過機(jī)構(gòu)演化,開發(fā)了一種新架型——垂直導(dǎo)桿型液壓支架;該新型支架不僅結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、重量輕和調(diào)架容易,而且可極大地改善液壓支架的受力狀況,提高穩(wěn)定性,具有廣泛的應(yīng)用前景。
其次,采用三維參數(shù)化的設(shè)計(jì)軟件Pro/E,完成了垂直導(dǎo)桿型液壓支架的三維參數(shù)化造型,實(shí)現(xiàn)了Pro/E與ADAMS軟件之間的模型轉(zhuǎn)換,并利用ADAMS軟件對該液壓支架進(jìn)行了動力學(xué)分析,得到了該支架在各種工況下圖形。

Abstract
Hydraulic power support is one of the important facilities in underground projects or tunnel projects, which is used for supporting top rock, and preventing the top rock from collapsing. It can provide a safe and secure workspace for construction workers and equipments. Along with the scale expansion and high speed of national projects in constructional process, the performance of hydraulic power support need to be increasingly higher and higher. Therefore researching and developing a new type of hydraulic power support is very significant in practice.
Firstly, basing on the analysis of traditional hydraulic power support, by mechanical evolution, a new type of the vertical guide-bar hydraulic power support is developed, and its canopy is also simplified in structure that has no activity side flap. The new support has some advantages: it not only can improve the stress condition, enhance the stability of it, but also possesses of simple structure, light weight, easy adjustment the interval between the adjacent supports. Therefore it is very hopeful in the application prospects.
Secondly, the three-dimensional parametric model of the vertical guide-bar hydraulic power support is set up by using the three dimensional parametric software-Pro/E, this model is translated from Pro/E to ANSYS, and the analysis pictures of both stress and deformation in several static force conditions are got by means of ANSYS software.
