普通機(jī)床的數(shù)控改造
摘要：本文從對(duì)普通機(jī)床進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)型數(shù)控改造的必要性，如何進(jìn)行改造等方面，論述了機(jī)床數(shù)控改造的方法及過程。
數(shù)控技術(shù)是先進(jìn)制造技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)和核心，反映一個(gè)國家制造技術(shù)水平和工業(yè)水平。數(shù)控機(jī)床的應(yīng)用顯現(xiàn)了數(shù)控技術(shù)的優(yōu)越性。將普通機(jī)床改造成經(jīng)濟(jì)型數(shù)控機(jī)床是符合我國國情的一種機(jī)床改造方法。
高精度、高效率是機(jī)械加工的主流發(fā)展方向之一。普通機(jī)床加工精度和加工效率相對(duì)較低，更為重要的是一些復(fù)雜曲面的加工無法實(shí)現(xiàn)，而數(shù)控機(jī)床較好的解決了這一問題，同時(shí)中國現(xiàn)階段機(jī)床行業(yè)的發(fā)展相對(duì)比較落后，為適應(yīng)這一現(xiàn)狀的發(fā)展，將普通機(jī)床改造成數(shù)控機(jī)床已成為我國機(jī)床業(yè)發(fā)展的必然取向和行之有效的方法。
經(jīng)濟(jì)型數(shù)控機(jī)床由程序載體、數(shù)控裝置、伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置、機(jī)床主題和其他輔助裝置組成，在對(duì)普通機(jī)床原本沒有的部分進(jìn)行添加的同時(shí)，保留機(jī)床主體中一些部分，只對(duì)進(jìn)給系統(tǒng)、刀架等某些部分進(jìn)行改造，選用更能提高機(jī)床加工效率和加工精度的傳動(dòng)裝置及運(yùn)動(dòng)部件。使得機(jī)床性價(jià)比大大提高。
我國現(xiàn)狀制造業(yè)的發(fā)展相對(duì)緩慢，對(duì)普通機(jī)床進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)型數(shù)控改造符合我國現(xiàn)階段的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r，有利于我國縮小與其它制造強(qiáng)國之間的差距，更好的為我國制造業(yè)的發(fā)展奠定有利的基石。
