摘 要
包裝機(jī)械是使產(chǎn)品包裝實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)械化、自動(dòng)化的根本保證,在現(xiàn)代工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中發(fā)揮著相當(dāng)重要的作用。貼標(biāo)機(jī)械是包裝機(jī)械的重要組成部分,高質(zhì)量的貼標(biāo)會(huì)使產(chǎn)品在眾多競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中更具有優(yōu)勢(shì)。本文對(duì)包裝機(jī)械及其國內(nèi)外發(fā)展概況進(jìn)行了介紹,同時(shí)對(duì)貼標(biāo)機(jī)械的發(fā)展概況和現(xiàn)存的典型貼標(biāo)機(jī)械工作原理進(jìn)行了闡述,介紹了一些新型貼標(biāo)機(jī)械。本文設(shè)計(jì)的直線式不干膠貼標(biāo)機(jī),通過圓盤式上料機(jī)構(gòu)完成自動(dòng)上料,由分瓶機(jī)構(gòu)將圓瓶等距分開以便貼標(biāo),輸送機(jī)構(gòu)通過板式輸送帶將圓瓶傳輸?shù)劫N標(biāo)位置,由送標(biāo)機(jī)構(gòu)與滾貼機(jī)構(gòu)配合完成貼標(biāo)功能。本文對(duì)直線式不干膠貼標(biāo)機(jī)的總體結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行
了設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)各部分機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的運(yùn)動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)和動(dòng)力設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)一些關(guān)鍵傳動(dòng)部件進(jìn)行了校核與安全性分析。

ABSTRACT
Packaging machine is the ultimate guarantee that could carry out the mechanized and automatic packing, so the packaging machines play an important role in the production. Labeler is an important part of the packing machine, and high molar of labeling will make the product have more advantage. The development of packing machine was totally described in the paper; meanwhile, it set forth the development of labeler and the methods of labeling. Some new types of labelers were also introduced in the paper.The labeler which the paper designed included five segments: the mechanism of submitting stuff, the mechanism of transportation, bottle distributing mechanism and so on. The frame of collectivity was designed in the paper; meanwhile, the design of locomotion and power were processed. In addition, the security about the key transmission parts was checked and analyzed in the paper.
